I love my nmom. She’s quite self centered and instigates fights but she thinks she means well. Honestly. It helps that she lives 6 hours away.
So three weeks ago I tried talking to her about the issues D(ear)H and I are having with trying to conceive and confided in her that I was going to the Dr. because I think I have either a hormonal imbalance or ovarian cysts. She kept changing the subject and has not asked how my appointment went, let alone asked the results of my blood test (the two they checked were normal). Instead, I woke up this morning to an email forward “Herbs to Balance Female Hormones” with no personal message attached. It discussed menopause symptoms.
Yes, this is exactly why I came to you about my struggles. Where else would I have found a dandelion root latte recipe??
