on my 5th day

i just recently started using daylio after i saw it recommended on a mental health social network. i think this is my 5th or 6th day and i’m finding it really helpful. it’s nice to get my thoughts out in the logs as well as tracking how i’m feeling. i tend to enter multiple updates a day because my mood is very changeable. i really struggle with hormonal imbalance because of a health issue and it’s been driving me a bit crackers feeling so all over the place with my mental health. i feel like this app will be a productive way to keep everything in check. i’m using it on iOS so i’m really looking forward to the update with the ability to add lots more mood options. i keep checking for the update every day lol.
