started to plan to have a baby.. I have really constant and inflamed hormonal and random cystic acne for for 4 years now and I’ve just developed a pretty annoying hormonal imbalance. I had to stop taking my acne supplements as the high vitamin A is not recommended for pregnancy. Give me some tips on pregnant/ttc friendly topicals and supplements if you know ! Thanks
