Are you not scared that FIN affects Spinal Chord

I read that 5ar is also found on spinal chord and that finasteride might affect it and over time you might cause too much damage to it, wich explains why some people get slme side effects later than others. So fin can cause sides due to hormonal imbalance and or lack of 5ar at spinal chord. I read that it can cause demylation and neurological problems that can lead to ED, sexual side effects ,brain fog and more.
