Anyone doing intermittent fasting while having hormone related problems? I am 25F with pcos (lack of periods, elevated testosterone levels, so I do have a bit 'manly' fat build up around tummy area), and have started intermitted fasting this year. Initially I did 16-8 fasts, now quite often do omad or 2 day fasts, and I am quite happy to see that I have progressed a lot! While I was not overweight earlier, I have definitely leaned quite a lot - my collarbones and muscles in general are more visible, and I have changed my pant size from 32 to 30 (if not more)! I have not weighed myself, so not sure how much weight I've lost. So heads up for anyone doubting if hormonal problems will make you difficult to progress! Anyone else have any stories to share, related to hormonal imbalances, and how intermittent fasting affected it?
