I had a D&E on 2/19. We were so floored when we found out that we didn’t even explore the option of genetic testing to try to get answers. The OB that did the procedure just told me that it wasn’t molar and that was it. I am going to see my PCP at the end of the month and am making a list of things to ask. I’m thinking of asking her to check my thyroid but I also wonder if I could be having a hormonal problem as well. Has anyone had hormone blood testing? From what I’ve seen online, it is best to do the first few days of your cycle and I think that will be the case for me at the visit. I guess I’m hoping that if I do have some kind of imbalance or easily treatable problem, I would remedy it now instead of trying again with the same result.
