Ever since I became vegan a few months ago, my face has persistent pimples that look incredibly awful, almost like acne. My face is almost always spotless and has been like this my entire life, so I know it has to do with the fact that I’m transitioning to vegan. I read that soy can cause a hormonal imbalance resulting in pimples, but, quite frankly, I don’t have time to prepare full-on vegan recipes or soak beans or whichever the fuck. I’m already stressed as is because I have basically no time to actually cook even for the week. So, unfortunately, the fastest thing for me to cook is stupid soy stuff.
I’m honestly getting so fucking sick of being hungry more often, having to eat much more, taking supplements, struggling to find a place to eat when everyone wants to go out, struggling to find a place to eat when I’m in a new city...
This is just so fucking stupid. I’m starting to feel like it’s not even worth it, especially at the expense of my face.
