Hello. I'm F/22/5'7/169 pounds and have pcos and possibly Hashimotos(all the symtoms but need to do blood work). I've been doing keto and 16:8 IF but I want to do a 3 day long water fast as I've been overeating fats lately. I was wondering if it'd actually benefit a female with imbalanced hormones or quite the opposite? Any other women with similar issues who fast for days without a problem?
