I’m 16 male and I have a marble-sized ball thing connected to my left testicle. I’ve had it for many years, maybe since I was 13. I’ve always been too embarrassed to tell my parents. When I shine a light on it, it glows red. I’m starting to think it might be causing a hormonal imbalance somehow because I have gotten gynecomastia, I don’t have random erections, and I swear my penis is getting smaller. My body is also seemingly changing shape. I’m really considering telling my parents although I’d die of embarrassment.
