Hi, I do seed rotation for 2,5months and since then I missed a period then I got the following one on the 56. day but nothing like it used to be (my mood is very "dark" - although PMS was better, there is only brownish spotting and not the smoothest one). My period never was on time, but I never missed one before. I have hormonal imbalance (PCOS, possible endo) so I am already on special diet because of it. I try to improve my fertility that is why I give a try to seed cycling too, but I've heard no such experience in regard of seed cycling - I read only good things on the internet ... What are your thoughts and experiences? Thank you in advance!
