32/F hormonal imbalance hairloss - please help

I was taking Vitex Chaste berry for hormonal imbalance for about 4 months. I had to stop taking it because it caused severe cystic acne.

My hair started falling out like crazy about 2 weeks after I stopped taking the Vitex. I suffer from anxiety and depression already. The severe acne and now hairloss has me at my wits end.

Can someone please recommend something that actually works? I bought Rogaine but plan on returning it because I found out it can increase shedding - I'm going to be bald in 6months if my shedding doesn't stop. Please help :(
