I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). I have been relatively fit, and had a normal BMI my entire life. My hormones and symptoms have been out of control the last 3 years. I currently am slightly obese and my hormonal imbalances have made the road to weight loss very long and slow. I am going on a trip to Thailand in a week, which is my DREAM vacation. But I feel extremely unattractive and am struggling to find clothes that I will be comfortable in such a hot and humid climate while also feeling good about myself. How do you personally feel comfortable and confident with your "new and not so ideal" body?
