Issues with behavior post-neuter

Hey all! Has anyone experienced some insane behavior from their little guy (or girl, I suppose it could apply also) a beginning a few weeks after the dreaded removal?

Bacon is about a year and a month old, and we waited till just over a year to have it done to avoid any issues anesthesia would present. He was potty trained within about a month of getting him and, although he is not perfect, he has always been the best dog for us!!! Only problems are the typical simple frogdog ones, like borks, being too playful, a little jumpy, and some teethy nibbles.

About two weeks after the surgery, he has turned into an absolute mad man. He has pooped inside, peed on the couch, bit me (his dad) very hard although playing, and a couple other weird things. We thought we were doing an excellent job of training him, but he has gone crazy on us!!!

He is our entire world, so we're trying to figure out how to take some corrective action. Is it lack of training? Hormonal imbalance? A freaky frog dog thing that happens around a year old? Any thoughts are appreciated!!!!
