Should I worry?

Hi, I have been dealing with hormonal issues for the past year or two. I started getting tests done this year and my testosterone was elevated, therefore my doctors are leaning toward PCOS diagnosis. However I would be a somewhat atypical case, so I am exploring my other test results. I say atypical because I am not overweight, my ovaries looked normal, and my periods are relatively normal (but they are becoming less normal, as to be expected of hormonal imbalance I suppose). I won't be able to see my endo for a little while, so I would greatly appreciate opinions and advice. I think my levels seem OK, but I really want to be sure.

April 2018 -

TSH was 1.223 (reference range: 0.340 - 4.410 uIU/mL)

June 2018 -

TSH was 1.034

Free T4 was 1.14 (reference range: 0.61 -1.12 ng/dL)

August 2018 -

TSH was 1.580

Free T4 was 0.95

TPO Ab was 13 (reference range: 0 - 34 IU/mL)

Thyro Recept Ab was <0.50 (reference range: 0.00 - 1.75 IU/L)

November 2018 -

TSH was 2.02

My symptoms are typical of what you would see in elevated testosterone, but I understand that many women with PCOS also have thyroid issues and the symptoms can overlap. I experience pretty severe depression, anxiety, and bad waves of fatigue. My neck is often sore but the soreness is above adam's apple, and sometimes in the lymph nodes under my jaw. Also cold intolerance and random hives/itchy skin. I feel a bit silly for posting this, but it's been stressful going back and forth from the doctor trying to figure out what's wrong... Gahhh my body feels like a mess. Thank you to anyone who reads.
