[acne] only get acne around my chin where people mostly refer to hormonal imbalances, but I have no hormonal imbalance

So only get acne around my chin, read a lot about hormonal imbalances so went to get bloodwork done. Average test, low prolactin/estrogen. GP said everything was in check. I do wake up with a lot of flaky skin around that place even though I use a very heavy moisturizer at night. Anyone know what might cause this? (Also been through 8 months of accutane with a cumulative dosage of 146mg, before that it was also my problem area together with my forehead on which I also get the occassional red bumps). Theyre never fullblown whiteheads, though
