I (24 F) believe i have too much testosterone or hormonal imbalance and would love recommendations

Hello all, I recently started to do some digging around and found some info that lead me to believe I might have too much testosterone. I have more noticeable facial hair than most women and I have always have mild acne. It mostly is around my neck, jawline including chin and mouth area. Also I recently learned that too much testosterone can cause anger issues. I don't rage but I get triggered real easily and I just get angry. For small things. Another thing is I have very bad menstrual cramps. I always have since I started having my period. They only last the first two days but they are so bad I can't go without at least 800 mg of ibuprofen. Tylenol does not work and makes them worse. So with all this info I am willing to take the necessary steps to help balance my out of wack hormones. I'd love to hear some recommendations and I understand I will probably need to be doing this the rest of my life since I was born with a deficiency or unbalanced hormones but I'm willing. Thank you so much!
