Spironolactone- Very Bad Side Effects need help

I have had hormonal acne since I was 19. I tried Spironolactone 25mg 2x a day. It cleared my skin up completely. But six months after taking it I started feeling side effects. Blood pressure was dropping low and I have naturally low blood pressure. I started to have intense anxiety/panic attacks. It could be because of the fluctuations of BP and my body trying to overcompensate which put it into flight/flight and sends me into a panic attack. I have chest pain, back pain, arm numbness, depersonalization-anxiety, sporactic depression. I know it messes with aldosterone which is the hormone produced by the adrenal glands and controls blood pressure, and sodium and potassium levels. I have been to the hospital a few times for the chest pain. They have done multiple tests; EKG, Echo, X-ray, CT, bloodwork. Everything coming back fine. The only thing left is gastro issues like GERD causing the chest pain, or just hormone imbalance. I had my hormones tested and testosterone and estrogen are normal. Cortisol is high.

I am not sure what to do to make this better. I have been off the medication for 2 months now. Has anyone else taken this medication and had this experience? Doctors don’t know much about this medication or the side effects.

I am starting to lose hope that I am going to be back to normal.
