concerned about type 2

hi all, i’m concerned that i may have developed type 2 rosacea over the past 6-12 months. for a long time i thought i was still struggling with spots due to hormonal imbalances from PCOS but now i’m thinking it’s rosacea as spots come and go but this remains constant.

i won’t post pictures as i know reddit can’t really diagnose but on both cheeks i have pink-red areas of bumpy skin with what look like tiny pimples without heads and some red spots that look like hyperpigmentation. it never seems to get better or worse so i can’t figure out the trigger. sometimes the areas get dry and itchy too.

i wondered if anyone could give me advice on natural skin care, preferably cruelty free and available in the UK. i have eczema and extremely sensitive skin in general. the only thing i have thought about trying is aloe vera gel? thank you in advance
