[Acne] Accutane Relapse! Might do a third round? Please help!!! + Pic

Hi!

I'll try to keep this short since my skincare journey has been sort of insane. I developed stubborn comedonal acne when I was around 14 or 15, along with back acne. I was put on Accutane and did a mini course. My acne then came back when I was a senior in high school on my face, back, and chest. It was like every single pore was clogged so I had an insane amount of comedones and a few whiteheads. They were all over my face, down my neck, etc. I took Accutane my freshman year of college and my skin cleared up beautifully. I don't have any acne scars at all.

I'm now entering my senior year of college, and I've had another relapse. My forehead, chest, and back have stayed clear for the most part (thank god) , but my cheeks are pretty horrible again. Just tons of clogged pores, lots of irritation. One cheek is way worse than the other, for some reason. I've tried EVERYTHING.

Current Routine:

- Maybelline FitMe Concealer

- Remove concealer with TO's Squalane oil

- Wash with Simple Skincare Moisturizing Facial Wash (I know this has SLS, but that hasn't seemed to be a trigger)

- Moisturize with SebaMed Care Gel or Squalane oil

- Sometimes I'll use TO's Niacinamide + Zinc

- Sometimes I'll use Retin-A cream

I've tried using Head + Shoulders as a face wash to see if it's fungal (it sorta helped, but then got irritated). I've tried Spearmint capsules, Vitamin D supplements, rose hip oil, tea tree oil, salicylic acid, witch hazel, multivitamins, probiotics, cutting out gluten, cutting out dairy (I'm lactose intolerant), cutting out chocolate. My shampoo is Head + Shoulders and I stopped using conditioner. I was using shea butter as a conditioner and now I'm just doing shampoo. My laundry detergent is unscented (free & clear) and I don't use dryer sheets or fabric softener. I change my pillowcases weekly. I drink around 64oz of water a day. I'm not on birth control or any medications. I've tried Fluoride free & SLS free toothpastes, nothing changed. I never use coconut oil or anything like that. I only ever use concealer, no other makeup, and this one has a good CosDNA rating. I was also on birth control (Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo) throughout high school and I still had acne, so I'm skeptical that birth control would clear my skin.

Anyone know WHY I still have acne? Could it be hormonal? Could it be a food allergy? Do I have to cut out sugar completely or something? Do I have some sort of bacteria imbalance? I've gotten some blood tests but everything came back normal. It's just strange because my acne isn't cystic, which is normally the form that hormonal acne takes. I'm debating doing a third course of Accutane at this point.

Any help would be so great, thank you!!!
