IUD/Hormonal Imbalance causing breast growth?

Since about Fall of 2018, I've (20f) been experiencing several symptoms that lead to be to believe that i might have endometriosis or PCOS, or something of the like, especially since they run in my family. I went to the gynecologist several times to ask about this, and every time they brushed me off. They didn't ask about my symptoms or offer to take a look, they just sort of went "hmm, okay" and changed the subject. One of these symptoms was that a week or two before my period my breasts would swell up and get super tender and almost hard to the touch. I've gotten my period for nearly a decade and this never used to happen before. I know this is a common symptom for many women, so the symptom itself isnt alarming for me, but the fact that its NEW to me is.

Then I decided to get an IUD. It was implanted in Spring of this year, and although it has relieved some of the symptoms i was experiencing before, my breasts are still swelling. In fact, they've just straight up started growing. I've gone up a cup size in 3 months, and looking in the mirror now i just noticed new stretch marks, so they're probably growing even more. And hey, I'm not complaining that much since I've always been pretty flat chested, but I'm just wondering if i should be alarmed by this.

Another thing to note is that i was on the pill for 2 months in 2017, and my breasts grew noticeably then too. I wasn't able to stay on the pill for other reasons though, and when i stopped taking it, they stopped growing. So now I'm just wondering if my tits are going to keep growing every month for the next 5 years until I have this IUD removed.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any other possible cause for this? (before you say pregnancy i plan on taking a test tomorrow just to rule it out) Should I even try bother bringing it up again with my gyno?

PS- take a shot every time i say "symptom".
