Intro Here is my story. 27/M. Had acne since around 15 years old. It slowly developed into cystic acne. I tried Accutane. While it worked when I was on it, acne came back once I was off. Really low Vitamin D and hormones- any possible explanation ?

Hello I (24F) recently did labs to check for hormone imbalance and it came back that I have low Testosterone, low DHEA, low Sex Hormone Binding Globulin, and Low Vitamin D. Testosterone - less than 3 ng/dL DHEA - 59 ug/dL Vitamin D - 11.8 ng/dL SHBG - 17 nmol/L Symptoms over the past 6+ months: dry eye and mouth, intense brain fog, fatigue, joint pain, muscle pain, blue toes when sitting for more than 5 minutes, sometimes my cheeks and bridge of my nose is flush w/o any obvious cause.
