DAE still get symptoms, even though they’ve eliminated their period? Any other ways to combat it besides BC and SSRIs?

I’ve been in SSRIs for most of my life, and I’m suicidal every single time I get my period, ever since my first one at 14. I’ve been to DBT, residential treatment, and 3 hospitals, but none of my coping skills “work” against the hormonal imbalance that my menstrual cycle brings. In March, I decided to add a 90-day birth control pack to my med regimen, with my OBGYN and psychiatrist’s blessing. I skip placebo week.At first, I wouldn’t have even known it was that time in my cycle. As months went on, the symptoms started to creep up on me again. Never as bad as before BC, but still bad, despite not bleeding. Now, I’m approaching that time in my cycle, and my symptoms seem to have returned to their original level.

Since I’m already on daily Zoloft and BC, is there anything else I can do? My psychiatrist took me off of my klonopin PRN because she’d rather find a permanent solution with me than to give me a controlled substance for when I’m the most impulsive and most likely to abuse it
