Need some advice on dosages

Hey y'all,

I officially started on blockers two months ago and unofficially started estrogen 1 month ago.

I'm currently on 12.5mg cypro and 1mg estradiol.

I've been having some mad panic/anxiety attacks and feel like it might be due to hormonal imbalance. Since my next appointment with my endo is a month away, should I up my dose of cypro to 25mg?
