GERD resulting in lots of vomit and pain??

I've been told I have GERD, but I have no medication for it besides Quick Eez for when I have burning sensations in my throat or chest from it. I often develop gas, and burp (maybe a little more than average) and it almost always results to me throwing up a little but swallowing it but can cause a lot of pain for me. This morning I woke up and started burping which is unusual for me because I barely ate the previous night. I then threw up and swallowed it and it causes a massive amount of pain (burning). Now all day (currently 10:30pm) my throat has been burning, itching and in pain. I've tried having beverages to try and calm it but it hasn't worked.) what should I do? Will it calm down by itself? Should I tell my mum?

INFO: 16 Female. 5ft 3. 55kg. No usual medication. Previously had bell's palsy. Conditions: Duplex Kinsey, severe hormonal imbalance, GERD, costochondritis (which I have had for several months)

Edit: added condition
