What is the word for symptoms that slowly go away completely if you've been lying flat for 8 hours but rapidly come back when you're upright?

I have a ''syndrome'' and ALL of my symptoms only happen when I am upright. If I lie down for 7-8 hours, they go away completely but then gradually come back when I am upright.

Symptoms;

Headache/pressure

Fatigue

Tinnitus in the right ear (this is the most obnoxious symptom)

Occasional fluid build up in the right ear (the fluid is not causing the symptoms)

Occasional vertigo

Memory problems/confusion (ie forgetting what someone said mid sentence)

Muscle jerks/spasms (legs, arms, face)

Imbalance

(Rare) fainting

But I can't really find the word to explain it to a new specialist/doctor and finding the medical word will help me research into what this is. I am 26 by the way and on disability due to my symptoms that I have had since 2010. Finding the cause of my syndrome has become an obsession.

Meniere's, brain tumor, glue ear, vitamin deficiencies, thyroid problems, and hormone problems have all been ruled out.
