Can people with low libido or no sex drive identify as asexual?

Yes, I know that asexuality is not directly caused by chemical/hormonal imbalance. Asexuality is not a result of any physical issues.

I identify as asexual and I'm pretty active on here on my main account, but I'm using a throwaway because I'm worried of getting hate and being judged or whatnot. I've been an avid and passionate participant in the asexual community and I wear my asexual ring proudly. I've read a couple posts about people unhappy with doctors who suggest hormonal or chemical issues, etc. These feelings are 100% valid, and some professionals suck.

So, I was born intersex male, according to medical professionals. I have genitalia and hormones that do not fit the typical definitions of a male. These hormone issues cause me to not have a sex drive, even when using artificial sex hormone therapy. I've seen a few doctors to get it treated, but my sex drive is non-existent at all. I don't experience sexual attraction towards anyone and I feel almost all of the indicators of asexuality. Sex is boring... I don't get it and I will never be able to.

Just saying, intersex people can absolutely identify as any sexual orientation. But, can someone be asexual because of a definite reason, such as low libido or low sex drive?
