Anyone else experience breakthrough bleeding/spotting with high bouts of stress? Is that a pmdd thing or maybe just more common for those suffering given our hormonal imbalances to begin with?
Idk- any insight would be helpful. Seems to be a common occurrence for me and my obgyn has assured me it’s fine but would still feel better knowing I wasn’t the only one going through this.
