I came across some articles on how blood sugar imbalances and endometriosis are linked. If anyone on here is learned or experienced enough on here, I'd love to here more about it and more importantly, what you do to keep it in check as well. I had done some tests in December and my blood sugar levels came out to be low and ever since, I was told to eat more and I've also been told to lose weight (PCOS makes it super hard too) because that affects the endo as well. This has me very confused as to what I should ideally be doing to lose weight but also keep my hormones and blood sugar balance in check. Basically, how to be healthy with endo? Could really use some advice and I'm sure others on here could benefit.
