Noticeably Unique

Self- pondering question for my fellow multi-minded schizos interested in a moment of individualized self reflection.

Not in relation to any other schizos you may or may not know, but in what ways do you see that you are NOTICEABLY UNIQUE from any of your other non schizo friends?

Try to reflect upon the fact that individuals having schizophrenia coupled WITH bi-polar disorder AND/OR SEVERE (any type) anxiety could have traits similar to each other yet VERY different than those schizophrenics who are diagnosed SOLELY within the schizoid spectrum.

Any non schizo readers, feel free to take a moment to apply the previous self reflection practice to yourself and your lives. Please state the related comparisons of yourself as a non schizo (what type of mental health or cognitive disability do you have?)to how, in your own lives, that you are also NOTICEABLY UNIQUE.

-----The goal I had within brainstorming and putting together this unique self reflection practice was for responders and readers to see differences and similarities amongst each other and to learn how, in terms of social behaviors and practices, that we can be seen as a variation of the average person into its own lovable breed of crazy. ------I will be posting my own self reflection summary as well. It's gonna take me a second to think about how to write out these traits I noticed related to the reflection practice and putting them into a fine tuned short essay. Stay posted!!!!

My Chart --Schizophrenic with secondary bipolar type 1 characterized by severe mania and psychotic behaviors. Erratic and choatic, impulsive intended or unintended behaviors including hallucinations of primarily my senses of visual, auditory, as well as my sense of touch.

-Tertiary diagnosis is stated as a panic disorder that used to cause me to literally black out cold when I was younger. Xanax treated this very well. Over time, it has almost reduced itself into just a really bad case of generalized social anxiety.

-Physiological (conditions related to the functioning of the body organs and systems not having to do with the hormonal or chemical imbalance of the brain) physiological conditions usually have a partial effect on your mental health capabilities. Blood tests contain an inconsistent level of thyroid hormone ranging from NORMAL to HIGH amounts produced by my thyroid and parathyroid glands. An excess in these hormones causes an increased heart rate coupled with heart flutters and palpitations. It also dictactes that your usual BPM is higher. This is because its your bodies way of supplementing an increased demand for oxygen supply caused by the heart pumping more blood due to its increased rate. Basic metabolic rate is also high. All of these conditions combined can induce unclear thinking patterns related to anxiety. Anxiety caused by imbalanced thyroid or parathyroid hormones can only be cured through treatment of the thyroid in order to decrease the level of hormones that it produces. Onset can happen at any time for absolutely no reason and for me in my life, has wreaked great havoc because of the nature of this type of anxiety.

-Your conditions list if you want to list one doesn't have to be as long or detailed as mine. But feel free.
