Hello! I am on testosterone treatment on a 50mg 1% dose and a couple of days ago I got small red dots on my left breast with frequent nipple pain that won't go away and I'm now terrified of IBC!! I' m 21 years old ftm and idk if this is a hormone imbalance or IBC. I've had nipple tingles before with nerves but now I'm getting it in one spot
