In need of a second opinion before Botox procedure on bladder

I am a 25/F, i weigh 118 and am 5’8”. I got my first UTI in 2018 and then began to get reoccurring UTIs ever since then - twice a month (every other wee) for almost 2 years until I tried D-mannose and haven’t had a uti since. Unfortunately right when the utis stopped I still experienced constant pressure on my bladder and urge to urinate very frequently since then. It’s always at night where I can NEVER sleep and now after a year of this the problem is happening during the day as well. The problem is also especially bad right after sex and it makes me have to pee 3-4 times within an hour, always somehow still never fully emptying my bladder.

Things I have tried to help this miserable thing is stopping my birth control which was an oral contraceptive and taking myrbetriq but there has no been change. I had a urodynamic study done but they found nothing and I fear will never be free of this problem. My urologist says my only option left is Botox on my bladder but I am hesitant it would strain my bladder too much and I’ll get UTIs again and want a second option to make sure it’s not anything else.

Could this be painful bladder syndrome instead? Or is the main issue my pelvic muscle and not actually my bladder? Hormone imbalance, PCOS? My endometriosis?

*others on Reddit said it was actually a strain of yeast infection for them or diabetes insipidus

the only time in the past u have felt some relief was when I was on my period and it didn’t seem to happen so much

I just want to make sure it’s not something else I can do instead of having to get the Botox.

Anything advice helps please let me know. Thank you!
