Best BC for after pregnancy

Hi I was wondering what could be the bbest bc or opinions what worked for others after pregnancy,

I can't go on the pill due to have a hormone imbalance which causes fits and things like that, I was on the implant for few years till I had a head injury and it made the implant not agree with me, and I can't have the injection! So I'm a bit stuck for choice after having my baby in a month's time
