When I was hitting puberty (I am a female), I remember having one instance where I stood in the middle of my living room with my parents, who I did not have the best relationship with. ( idk if this would be important so im including it). I stood there and burst into laughter and tears. I just chalked it up to hormone imbalances, but now that I think about it: I've never heard of this happening before. Was that just the hormones, or something else?
