Is my texture gone forever?

I used to have thick wavy hair. Over the course of the last 2 years its just fallen flat and thinned. You name it I've tried it. I've tried the curly girl method, I've tried to follow the recommendations for waves. I took supplements, addressed diet, and overall taken better care with better products than I ever have in my life. Tried products that were less likely to weigh my hair down. Its to the point now where even using mousses and gels won't do a single thing for me. Curls or waves won't form without using heat or rollers at this point.

As for what im currently using, I've mostly stuck with better products even though they haven't done much for me. Right now I use the as I am coconut cowash and the not your mothers brand. I've just been washing 2 times a week because thats what works for my hair in terms of when it will get greasy. I've not used any styling products recently because they don't do anything for me.

I've read that hormonal changes can change your hair texture. I've been battling hormone imbalances with little help from doctors for the last couple of years. This may have something to do with it. Im just wondering if anyone has been down this same road/in a similar situation and been able to get their curls back. Any advice welcome, Im losing my mind and running out of ideas.
