I get really aggressive when I'm woken up.

Female, 23. Mental health issues, anxiety, depression, PCOS, pre-diabetic, Anemic, abnormal uterine bleeding. 165 cm, 100 kg (I think? Haven't measured in a while). No medication. South Asian in North America, came here 4 years ago.

So I don't have a great sleep schedule. It's been atleast 4 months that I get very drowsy during the day so I end up sleeping at like 4 or 5 pm no matter how much I try to stay up. So I take a "nap" and I ask my husband to wake me up so that I don't ruin my night sleep, I get really aggressive when he wakes me up. I cuss at him and tell him to leave me alone so he does lol and I end up sleeping till about 1 or 2 am and the cycle continues. Normally I don't get aggressive if I'm woken up but this has been happening for a few months now and I'm starting to get concerned. And yes I'm very very stressed, depressed, PCOS so hormonal imbalance and fatigue. I don't know what to do.

Does anyone have any insight? Does this happen to anyone else?
