OILY Hair Doesn't Care

Hello all! I am in hopes of some help with my hair. Its incredibly oily due to horomone imbalances. I have tried not washing it every day for over a month. But living in a humid hot environment not even dry shampoo can save me. I have found that if I don't wash it daily (twice a day during the my period) my acne gets exponentially worse, and I end up with cystic ance ON MY SCALP, which I didn't know could happen until I tried not washing. My hairs is very fine, but not thin. I shed hair constantly (It like a husky in spring). I need help finding a shampoo and conditioner that won't weigh my hair down or make it feel like I'm constantly dirty. All the women from my mother's side have always had this problem. I have looked into medications to help with the hormones issues but can't because of conflicts with my antidepressants.

Anything helps!

P.S. I have noticed it is not as bad in less humid locations or during the "Florida winter" (though I still have to wash daily even when the temp is lower than 65°)
