Hey all. I’m looking to lose some inches off my stomach area. I eat a gluten and dairy free diet but I’m constantly bloated. I don’t eat processed food either.
I drink lots of water but could definitely drink more but is there anything that you could recommend? I’ve considered getting a waist trainer but I don’t know if those work… I do a lot of cardio as well, no change other than less lower back pain. I also have hormonal imbalances I’ve been trying to take care of for the past 10 years…
It’s killing my confidence ): anything would help.
