Guys I'm fighting hairloss problem since October 2020 it all started during covid lockdown in when I turned 18 I noticed so much itching and flaking on my scalp which lead to hairloss nothing helped me I tried everything even Ketoconazole 2% at the same time I was going though so much stress due to lockdown, personal issues, career issues and mainly my gynecomastia problem. I consulted 2 dermatologist 1 month ago one of them said I've Chronic Telogen Effluvium and other said I've serboherric dermatitis with diffused hairloss . Both of them prescribed me some pills I did take them for 15 to 20 days but stopped taking them when they not helped me now I'm so happy that my gynecomastia problem is resolved, you can figure through how much stress I must be going when I haven't wore Tshirt since 13 I'm 18 now forget about going outside( I had a surgery 3 days ago) but still stressed bc my scalp and my face is so bad right now 1. My face is always Itchy and oily now 2. My eyebrows are so Itchy and I'm losing them alot now 3. My ears are Itchy 4. My scalp is very greasy and oily and hairs feels thinner 5. I've literally no family balding history father, grandfather, brother, maternal grandfather eveyone have perfect head of hairs 6. I've so much sebum on my face and scalp 7. My platelets are very low around a month ago I've only 15K platelets I've 50K platelets now my thyroid is normal guys please suggest me.
Edit: Gynecomastia is a common problem in which boys in teenage develop male boobs due to hormonal imbalance. My case was severe and it destroyed my whole teen life.
