YAZ success?

hi everyone, i’m new to this sub after recently realizing i have been dealing with pmdd for quite a while, which only seems to be getting worse. I actually got off birth control last December due to the fact that i’m dealing with a lot of other health things and wanted to be as natural as possible. But, i’m now reading a lot of things saying that the birth control YAZ has saved so many people from pmdd, and i’m really curious. I feel like i would try that before willingly trying an SSRI. My only fear is that, ever since getting off of my bc in December, my natural periods haven’t been super regular, and so i’ve been working with my doc on trying to get my body naturally back in the swing of things. If i start YAZ, am i in some way doing myself a disservice by still not addressing my natural body’s imbalance, causing me to potentially struggle with getting pregnant in the future? Basically, i am ready to start YAZ in a heartbeat if it means no more insane mood swings for 2 weeks ever month, but i am worried it is just putting off my hormone problem for the future, which i preferably wouldn’t like when i’m trying to get pregnant
