Did any of you experience a lot of thinning and hair loss after stopping the pill and/or hypothalamic amenorrhea (no period, low estrogen)? If so, would love to hear what helped and if your hair recovered? I've been told to go back on the pill- Yaz specifically- so that's my next step. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
