41 yr old bio female. Caucasion, no medications, no health known health or mental health problems. I just can’t get there anymore. Not sure if it could be due to stress, hormones, nerve damage, or something else? It obviously impacts my 21 yr long heterosexual relationship. I’ve seen my primary doc (internal medicine) who ran a large number of tests for basic things like thyroid imbalance or mental health considerations. I don’t know where to go next, but do not want to lose my relationship or worse over this. Please send help!
