ON THE INTERNET BEING LITERALLY BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH

In the episode on the Facebook whistleblower, Brace said something to the effect of the internet being literally bad for your health — and BOY is it.

So a few months ago, I checked out a bunch of books from the library about electricity because I was interested in how David Lynch uses electricity and radio in Twin Peaks: The Return and this seemed like a good point of entry. What I found has truly broken my brain and made me feel insanely doomed, even more so than anything Epstein related, my God.

The Invisible Rainbow by Arthur Firstenburg: read this book with an open mind and it will change your life. I emphasize that you need to read this with an open mind, because Firsetenburg throws a lot of ideas against the wall, a few of them are pretty out there and invite a fair share of skepticism. But it's a fun read, and there’s SO MUCH in this book that forms conclusive evidence that the pea soup of radiation (emitted from cell towers and wireless technologies) that we’ve been living in the past few decades has had profoundly bad effects on our health and the environment. This plays into the Havanna Syndrome stuff Brace & Liz have talked about and brings their observations of the internet being bad for your health to a whole new level.

What has changed in the past few decades that could account for the explosive uptick in things like autism, Alzheimer’s, plummeting fertility, cancer, and even bee colony collapse (I know, bear with me). Hot take: maybe it’s the near total blanketing of the earth’s surface in electromagnetic fields emitted from cell towers, from wifi, from the wireless technologies we are in almost constant contact with.

Radiation affects us on a cellular level. For a long time now, radiation/electricity have been for medical treatments that produce positive effects. But to think that being constantly exposed to radiation emitted from phones, laptops, cell towers, routers, etc. on top of all the radiation emitted from radio towers and military defense stuff (missile detection radars, etc.) has no effect on us now strikes me as extremely dubious. Here are a few of my takeaways:

When cell phones became commercially available in 1996, it was telecom companies that wrote the FCC guidelines for THEIR OWN safety. And since 1996, Telecom companies in the US have been protected by the Telecommunications Act, which was obtained after the industry spent $50 million in lobbying efforts. Two highlights from the bill: 1. telecom companies cannot be held accountable if a cell phone antenna or tower ever causes negative health effects, 2. No one can tell Telecom companies to remove any kind of wireless service based on health issues if they stay compliant with the FCC guidelines.

In Hong Kong, you see the highest rates of autism in the world. Hong Kong has been ground zero for rolling out new cellular technologies, most recently 5g, on a massive city-wide level. Many researchers, like Dr. Martin Pall, have argued that the autism epidemic is caused by exposure to electromagnetic radiation, which causes excess calcium to flow into cells. Excess calcium in cells leads to inflammatory overload, impaired neuron formation, blood-brain barrier disruption, and other processes that characterize the development of autism. So it would appear the internet really IS making everyone autistic.

On the topic of bee colony collapse: insects and birds rely on the earth’s natural electromagnetic field to fly, to migrate. With the blanketing of much of the earth’s surface in radiation from cell towers comes a radical disruption of insect’s/bird’s ability to navigate. I don’t know, do we really think pesticides can cause a near-universal devastation of bee colonies? (Also see: those YouTube videos of insects going totally haywire when they’re near a ringing cell phone)

If you Google anything related to negative health effects of cell towers & wireless technology, a million and one bootlickers come out of the woodwork claiming that non-ionizing radiation is harmless and so on. It makes sense that this is what shows up at the top of the Google results. It makes sense that tech companies will fight tooth and nail to dissuade any skepticism re: the safety of their products. The researchers who manipulate studies to make these products appear harmless are in bed with the powers that be. Some other stuff that's been attributed to EMFs include heart issues, sleep issues, cancer, diabetes, tinnitus, and hormonal imbalances.

I don’t know, if I came across this post a couple months ago, I would’ve thought it was written by some kind of nut, but whatever I really do think this is huge and undeniably the reason we’ve been seeing this EXPLOSION of crazy health problems and other catastrophes. It explains so much! Wake up, sleepwalkers! Time for your EMF pill.

(The Non-Tinfoil Guide to EMFs is also pretty eye-opening, and much more succinct, though written by an annoying soy boy type from Montreal. Or watch this video. And if you’re interested in David Lynch’s use of casino gambling in The Return, I also recommend the equally brain-breaking Addiction by Design: Machine Gambling in Las Vegas by Natasha Dow Schull.)
