Please help me distinguish between psuedo and gyno 🙏🙏🙏

Hey guys, i wanted some help in distinguishing between pseudo and gyno.

I developed gynecomastia around age 13 as well and until i was 15-16, pressing against the nipples would hurt, which the internet says is a sign of gynecomastia. But for the past 3 years, i no longer feel tenderness or pain even when i press till i feel my rib bones. It just feels a hairy pouch with big puffy areolas and no visible nipples on my chest, with no pain at all. It does contract a little when i do home workouts, but usually it would feel saggy and sweaty underneath, when sitting at the desk for long hours. I am 19 yo, around 97 kgs and 182cm, almost entirely body fat. Never did gym, or much of exercise or sports in school either. Going to start gym soon as soon as i get back to college campus.

And NO i have never did any drugs, alcohol, smoking or any unwanted medication. And i have eaten almost no junk food for the last 3 years, no chips, chocolate, pizza… just ate home made food what mom used to serve me on the plate. I am from India, so my diet is only rice, chapatti and curry, with fish on Fridays and chicken on Sundays. I drink a glass of milk before bed everyday and just started drinking green tea for weight reduction in morning and evening. Yet, i have seen my male boobs get worse over these 3 years. Also, I have had a bad habit of masturbating almost 5-6 times a week since 15, but i have slowly picked up NoFap techniques now. I am afraid it could be because of hormonal imbalance due to excess masturbation.

This is the first time i have opened up my biggest insecurity to someone, thanks to reddit anonymity. But yeah, i didn’t really care much about this when i was young, since my parents pressurized me more into academics but now these male boobs are taking a huge toll on my mental health and holding back my confidence.

Please help me get started on this. Should i concern a doctor first. I know i need to trim down my weight first, but at what point should i realize that surgery is the only solution to this?

Thanks for your time.
