I get judged for my voice, I get told I sound like a 13 year old boy

I’m 21. I don’t think my voice is that bad. It’s not deep. But I have people tell me I’m a ‘13 year old boy’ often. Today I was told I have a hormonal imbalance.. ouch. I’m so insecure about it. I wish I sounded different.
