I was wondering if anyone here has had a Tubal Ligation and how your experience is with it? I'm curious about the method used and how the actual procedure went as well as the recovery. Has anyone experienced negative long term affects or hormonal changes/imbalances? I'm currently pregnant with my 3rd and have been seriously considering this form of birth control and looking for all experiences, good and bad, for a realistic perspective on what to expect.
