Serious question. If you look at most Gen Xers almost half them have some type of chronic illness affecting their lives and Even the average "healthy" millennials look kind of sick and overweight.. Even the sickest baby boomers I see, typically men in their 60s and early 70s seem stronger than most milenial men do. I see older boomer men than have multiple heart attacks, strokes, diabetes and they can still go outside and work on their cars all day and out work the average weaker millennial men of today. If you look at most modern teenage boys they look so much more feminine and fat compared to the teenagers we see when we look at old black and white photos of our grand parents. I also see so many younger girls today that are 18-20 that have PCOS and serious hormonal imbalances and fertility issues. It's like each generation in our western world just gets weaker and weaker and more overweight.
I just seriously wonder what the hell are they polluting our food supply with thats causing this problem? Do you think seed oils could be to blame ?
