What is the best chakra to work on for hormonal imbalances?

I have irregular periods and i had an ovarian cyst surgery last summer. And when i asked the doctor “ why i had a cyst in my ovaries?” all she said was “hormonal imbalances”. I’m a healthy person I don’t have any specific disease or any medication. Here for your advices <3
