I just started taking 100mgs of spiro daily about a month ago for cystic acne. I’ve had problems with low libido for my entire life – almost to the point of being asexual, but it seems like my sex drive has been through the roof since I started the meds.
I think it’s sort of weird since everything I’ve read online says that I should be experiencing the opposite effect? Does anyone know why this would be happening? Is it possible that I had some kind of existing hormone imbalance that the meds corrected?
