Period late

I’m only 3 days late so I know I could start BUT my periods have always been on time. I done the deed like 3 weeks ago and on my app it days I was ovulating. I’ve took a test on the first missed day and it’s negative. I felt slight cramps but nothing like I normally do. My breast only feel tender at the top and not all over. I’m only a little confused as like I said I’ve never been late before. Hormonal imbalance?
