Podcast suggestion with great info for PCOS! (IR, IF, hormone regulation)

I’ve been seeing a lot of posts lately about what to do for insulin resistance, how to lose weight, and lots of people asking about intermittent fasting in here and the other PCOS subs. Recently I came across the podcast What’s the Juice — which is not about PCOS specifically but the host and her guests talk about a lot of the things that impact us — insulin resistance, glucose regulation, properly fueling our bodies and hormones to have a healthy cycle, etc. it’s all about diet and lifestyle, not supplements and medications and they make everything really accessible. They also do touch on PCOS sometimes too. Specifically season 3 has been super helpful to me. There are only 3 episodes out in season 3 at the time that I’m posting this but so far episode 2 has been the most insightful. They talk about intermittent fasting and how it isn’t recommended for women in general and especially women with hormone imbalances like PCOS. With all the recent posts about IF, I thought I would share this perspective.
